Different Things You Can Stamp On!

I found this information on our bulletin board by a women named Alexandra Taylor. I thought it was great information. So enjoy! Thanks Alexanda.

*Picture frames (wooden or ready to make ones)

*Any other wooden items, they may need to be prepped with a coat of white acrylic paint, for example: boxes, chairs, coat hangers, light switch cover, ect (basically any wooden item that is not yet finished, check out the wood craft aisle at Michaels or Walmart)

*Your walls! You can stamp directly on them or you can decopage on them. I would suggest using acrylic paints (just make sure to rinse off your stamp after every 10 images or less) or fabrico.

*Velvet: Great for pillows, gift bags, accents on practically anything, etc. Just make sure it is something you don't have to wash, because I think I heard that it will come out-correct me if I am wrong anyone!

*T-shirts (use the stamped dark t-shirt iron on transfers for this, or fabrico ink pads if you want to stamp all over)

*Other fabrics (again, dark t-shirt iron on transfers or fabrico): Pillow-case's drapes, gift bags, table cloths, towels, etc (you can also use the stamped image as a guide for embroidery) *Paint cans (okay you actually stamp on paper and then attach it to a paint can, but I think I will count this!)

*Ornaments: The empty glass ones that you can get at Walmart in the craft department for around $2 for 6.

*Many other paper products: bookmarks, stickers, magnets, gift bags, baggie toppers, etc.

*Candles (pillar type candles: to do this stamp on tissue paper and cut the image out, place it where you want the image to go, lay a piece of wax paper on top of it then go over it with your heating tool until you see it melt just a little bit)

*Glass objects: Candle holders, windows, flower vases, glass cups, etc (again, just check out what they have in this department at Michaels or Walmart)

*Ceramics: tiles, ceramic dishware, etc

*The possibilities are limited by your imagination! You can stamp on practically anything and everything, some things just look better! I would suggest going to your local craft store (Walmart tends to be less intimidating) and look at all the different things and imagine your favorite stamp or stamp set on it! Also, look at different things in everyday life that could be improved with stamps (three ring binders, switch plates, furniture, etc)!!You will be suprised what you come up with!
