Knee Deep

Knee Deep is right...not only my layout title but my life title. Knee Deep in two weekends of being crazy and know I must make up for it. I was away for a retreat the first weekend in March and I had to parties and a Nutrition Certification on Sunday that just blew my mind. Now I am reconsidering our current diet...to a non gluten (non-grain and legume diet) Basically, the paleo diet or hunter/gather diet. Interesting stuff maybe I will post more later. We will see how long I can live without bread or oatmeal! Anyways, I have lots of artwork to share just need to take the pics! See you tomorrow
